Our Balboa Island project is all about beach bungalow living for our clients’ family of four. The home is a historical cottage that has been in our clients’ family since the 1930s. We sought to keep the charm that is inherent in so many Balboa Island homes, while bringing in a crisp and bright aesthetic with warm white hues and natural white oak floors. We partnered with Shear Construction to complete this Southern California beachfront remodel.
