Get The Look: Port Newport Kitchen

Projects
October 4, 2021

The perfect white kitchen will always have a special place in our hearts. That’s especially true when it comes to our bright and coastal #MGDxPortNewport kitchen design! When we shared this kitchen on Instagram, you all loved it, so we’re excited to dive into the sources and details in this month’s “get the look” post. The foundation of the space includes an oversized kitchen island, the perfect wide plank hardwood floors, and the prettiest custom cabinetry. To keep the bright white palette from feeling too cold or austere, we mixed in lots of warm brass, woven textures, and cute potted plants. If you love this kitchen as much as we do (and we know you do!), keep scrolling to shop the look!

To recreate this coastal kitchen design at home, look for brass cone pendant lights, white wood counter stools, and delicate antiqued brass hardware. From there, add lots of natural textures like rattan and jute, and top it all off with a handful of your favorite plants from a local nursery. We love how inviting this space is, and we can just imagine all of the family hangouts and holiday entertaining that could take place in this space.

To shop more of our project looks, check out our Bainbridge mudroom and Lake Arrowhead kitchen posts! Which space should we break down next? Let us know in the comments! As always, we invite you to browse our shop where we’ve rounded up all of our current favorite picks. Thanks for following along!
