Back to back room reveals?! We can get used to this! We’re continuing our #MGDxPeninsulaPoint Home Tour with a reveal of the bedroom portion of the home.
Guest Bedroom
Hope you enjoyed Part Two of the Home Tour! Keep an eye out for Part Three tomorrow. We’ll be revealing the oh-so-dreamy Outdoor space… guaranteed to get you ready for those summer months ahead! We’re SO ready.
First up, the Guest Bedroom. This cutie received some extra love on insta and rightfully so… a neutral bedroom will always be the way to our hearts.
Scroll along to shop the look and see all the ways we’ve layered creamy neutrals to create this sophisticated, beachy abode. We started with a custom linen headboard, all white bedding, and layered in a mix of custom pillows in earth tones. The rug is the coolest nubby grey wool & jute rug with the greatest texture, paired alongside mismatched nightstands, bedside sconces, and a woven pendant.
Each room in the house is clad with tongue & groove millwork walls & ceilings, as you’ll see throughout this bedroom and the Guest Bath, along with each of our other bedrooms. We can never get enough wall paneling, if you can’t tell!

Kids’ Bedroom
Another cute bedroom, another day. This room is the perfect little getaway when the kids come to visit. Inspired by our Southern California surf culture, and our client’s love of the ocean, we accented with every hue of blue, introducing matte black finishes for the lighting, along with natural tones for the statement nightstand and end of bed throws. I love how cool & elevated this twin room turned out… wouldn’t mind tucking away here myself! It’s such a happy room, with the best natural light to boot.

Master Bedroom
Last by not least on the reveal train… the Master Bedroom. We designed this room to perfectly complement the rest of the home, yet with its own subtle flair. With masculine touches throughout, this neutral bedroom is layered with leather, cozy textures and muted, moody blues. All of the furniture here is made-to-order, and custom. The headboard is slipcovered in an oatmeal linen, the nightstands are the coolest mix of metal bases with walnut and shagreen drawer fronts, a patterned wool rug, and a pair of caramel leather ottomans at the foot of the bed. The pillows are a mix of custom and vintage.
I don’t know about you, but I think the natural light throughout this entire home is the best feature! The clerestory windows are original to the home and add the coolest retro vibe. It made designing all of the rooms so much fun because it brings out the very best details in each piece, and in every finish.
