We love a white space as much as the next designer, but we’ll never pass up the opportunity to add an unexpected paint color when we can! The laundry room is one of our favorite places to use a new paint color. They’re usually a smaller space and can benefit from bold design choices to add character and charm. Plus, a pretty paint color can make folding laundry that much more enjoyable! Today on the blog, we’re sharing six of our favorite laundry room paint colors that we’ve used in past projects or have pulled for potential upcoming laundry room designs! When choosing a paint color, we always like to take into consideration the overall design aesthetic of the rest of the home. The best laundry room paint colors pull in that same aesthetic while differentiating the space from other areas in your house. If the rest of your home is full of warm neutral hues, try a light putty or warm grey-brown hue. For a pop of color, we’re loving pale green and lavender hues right now. If you’re looking for a more classic take on a laundry room design, consider a pretty charcoal hue like the one we used at our Marigold project.
